Our Helpline support service
Our Helpline offers confidential, anonymous emotional support and information to survivors of rape, sexual abuse and domestic violence via, telephone, webchat and email. Your call or message will be answered by one of our specially trained volunteers who are here to listen and support you. We can support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and the options you may have. We can give you information about those options, but we will never tell you what to do.
We are here to listen to you, believe you and we will never judge or doubt you. Whatever happened to you, whenever it happened, we are here to listen and support you.
Therapeutic support
We offer a range of therapeutic support for individuals aged 13+ who have experienced sexual or domestic abuse, including counselling, support work, group therapy and holistic forms of healing.
Referrals are accepted from individuals, their loved ones, and professionals. Following your referral, an initial meeting will be arranged which gives an opportunity for you to find out more about RASAC and for us to explore what may be the most suitable services for you. While on the waiting list, support is available via our helpline at 0300 303 4787 or email helpline@rasac.co.uk.

Is your service confidential?
At our organisation, we deeply value confidentiality as crucial to supporting survivors. Generally, all individuals can expect that any information shared with RASAC will be kept strictly confidential. However, in situations where there is a perceived risk of harm, serious injury, or neglect to a young person or someone at risk, we have a duty to act in the best interests of safeguarding. Rest assured, these considerations will be openly discussed with you when you first access our services, ensuring clarity and understanding from the outset.
